This small course not only has tree-lined fairways, but many trees in the center of its fairways. Water hazards come into play on three holes, and out-of-bounds stakes line four holes. The terrain is predominantly flat, but there is a little mounding which can cause some interesting lies. The small greens vary in undulation and are fast.
