This eighteen hole course was built across a prairie. It is fairly open, but some trees do create a few tight holes. The greens are average-sized, with mild undulation. Some of the greens are two tiered. Although the greens are heavily bunkered, roll-up approach shots are possible. Accuracy on the fairways is a premium due to the very heavy rough lining them. The signature hole is #11, a 555-yard, par 5, which requires a tee shot of about 320 yards to reach the green in two strokes. This hole requires precise accuracy on the landing areas.
