100 The Wilmot Line Waterloo, ON N2J 3Z4 Canada p: 519.886.6555 Website This nine hole facility has a Scottish-links feel. The fairways are fairly restrictive, which is primarily dictated by a treacherous fescue rough. Keeping the ball in play on this course is a priority. Whatever the course lacks in yardage it more than makes up for in difficulty. The greens are hard, quick and very undulating. They tend to slope to the side, which makes it difficult for golfers to get close to the pin. Those with a strong short game will thrive on this course. The signature hole is #6, a 203-yard, par 3, which features a pond that runs down the length of the fairway on the right side. The green slopes toward the water and has a mound on the back left with two small pot bunkers to the rear. |
