The fairways are tree lined but open, and the slow greens are medium-sized. There is a pond that comes into play on one hole. The terrain is rolling, but easy to walk. The signature hole is #3, a 453-yard, par 4, requiring a downhill tee shot from off an elevated tee, then an approach shot to an elevated and severely undulating green protected by a sand bunker on the right.
