The course was designed by golf course architect Arthur Hills. Hills (ranked #2 Hottest Golf Course Architect by Golf World Magazine) Hills has done a masterful job blending the natural rolling landscape of west Orange County with his design philosophy of keeping golfers focused on the hole. Hills utilizes large mounding on each side of the fairway that keeps your attention where it belongs - avoiding the many strategically-placed fairwayand greenside bunkers that come into play on every hole. Add to the numerous bodies of water, roller-coaster fairways and small, fast greens with a wind-blown links layout, and the test is complete.
