This course has great greens that hold well and putt true. The Yellowstone River flows next to the course. There is one pond that comes into play on two holes. In addition, some ditches filled with water come into play on two other holes. The fairways are typically flat, but there is some mounding which can cause uneven lies. There are additional tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.
