This destination resort features two regulation eighteen hole courses. The Springs Course offers spectacular vistas overlooking the Columbia Valley. The greens, which are large and undulating, are impeccably maintained. The fairways offer a variety of play from their various tee box placements. The signature hole on this rolling course is #14, a 189-yard, par 3, which requires a tee shot that must carry over a ravine onto a two-tiered green. The course is well known for its high quality of course maintenance. The Resort Course is one of the original Windermere Valley courses and it completed a major renovation in 1998. It is a mountain course in design, with abundantly tree-lined fairways, particularly on the back nine. Accuracy is a premium on this course. The signature hole is #12, a 160-yard, par 3, which has a tee box overlooking a green 100 feet below. The men's tee for the Resort Course also has a ladies' rating of 70.2 and slope of 125; the men's tee for the Springs course also has a ladies' course rating of 76.4 and slope of 139; the 5779-yard men's tee for the Springs course also has a ladies' course rating of 73.7 and slope of 133; the ladies' tee for the Springs course also has a men's course rating of 65.2 and slope of 115.
