This course is situated alongside the Sierra Nevada Mountains and affords scenic views throughout the layout. The terrain varies in undulation. Some parts are mostly level and others offer some slight hills. There were 1,600 young trees added to the design, adding a pleasing aesthetic. The signature hole is #15, a 200-yard, par 3, featuring a panoramic view of the surrounding community and a narrow entrance to the green.
