This course is well-treed with mature spruce and poplars. The irrigated fairways are wide and sprinkled with a few sand bunkers. Don't be fooled by the small, flat-looking greens. There is some subtle contours and several are mounded. Hole #6, a 301-yard, par 4, offers both scenic beauty and a challenge from a multitude of trees tunneling the fairway. Another problem hole is #8, a 185-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot to a green that is sloped from right to left. Accurate ball placement on the green is necessary in order to obtain a low score. There is a driving range adjacent to the course.
