Royal Ontario Golf Club features a championship eighteen hole course designed by architect Ted Baker. This mature looking course opened for play in 2002, and meanders through gentle hillsides and rolling terrain. Constructed on land that was originally a stable and equestrian center, Royal Ontario plays through meadows and densely wooded areas. Many of the rolling fairways are tree lined, yet they are generous enough to allow a "bump and run" approach shots on many holes. The large, undulating greens vary in speed. The course plays from 5,225 to 7,074-yards and there are five sets of tees to challenge a variety of skill levels.
