Rocky River is a very challenging golf course that utilizes many of the existing features of the area to provide a natural and very aesthetically appealing track. The routing flows through the existing contours of the land effortlessly, thus creating a continuous succession of sensational holes. Beautiful rock outcroppings and various species of native wetland grasses are featured along the edges of gently rolling fairways adding a touch of ruggedness and mystique.

Large contoured greens make accurate iron play a necessity, for a ball played to the side of the green, opposite the hole, will result in higher scores. Playing the course from tee to green at a 4 1/2 hour pace of play is not overly demanding, but again, ball placement is a must. There are four set of tees allowing play to encompass a full range of opportunities for all who delight in the game. The course's impeccably manicured tees, greens and fairways demonstrate the City's commitment to offering superior conditions to the residents and guests.
