This course is situated in a country setting with the Sheep River weaving its way through the design. The course is designed with three levels; the top, middle and riverbed. The fairways are generously open throughout the course, with the exception of three holes in the riverbed area. Excluding the river, there is water, in the form of ponds and a creek, which comes into play on three holes. The greens are large and undulating.
