This wooded course was built on rolling terrain, so expect many uneven lies. The front nine is longer than the back nine, but poses less trouble because of its simple design and fewer hazards. The back nine demands some blind tee shots and a few dogleg fairways that can be challenging for first-time visitors. The signature hole is #16, a 486-yard, par 5, featuring a large heather grass bunker in play on the fairway, and requiring an approach shot over a large pond in front of the green. Tee times are only reserved for weekends and holidays.
