The well-maintained course has very large greens. There are ponds coming into play on a couple holes. In addition, many trees line the fairways that can alter your shots. The maintenance crew has recently planted over 100 new trees on the course. There are also some new sand bunkers being constructed. This course was recently given the "Best small town golf course award" by "Eyes on You" magazine in South Dakota.
