This links-style course's most demanding aspect is the prevailing wind that adds to the difficulty of club selection. The greens are also very undulating and slow. Some of the fairways are narrow, but some are fairly wide open. Several types of water hazards come into play. Hole #7, a 385-yard, par 4, features a dogleg left fairway with water along the right side coming into play on the second shot, and out-of-bounds stakes along the entire left side of the hole. Due to the flat terrain, this course is easy to walk.
