This is a flat course with fast greens that putt true. The fairways are fairly wide open because there is only a scattering of trees throughout the course's design. The main hazards on the course consist of two ponds and a large ditch, which the golfers are required to hit over on three separate occasions. The 3,000-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 35.9 and slope of 115. The 2,457-yard ladies' tee also has a men's course rating of 30.9 and slope 90.
