This enjoyable nine hole country course offers golfers great serenity. The course features gentle slopes and elevation changes on the fairways. This is a classic southern course in design. There is a great variety of mature pines, hickory and oak trees throughout the facility. Hole #6, a 135-yard, par 3, is especially charming. There is a classic American elm standing in front of the green. Golfers must either shoot around or play over. The greens, which average around 3,000 square feet, are built up. The signature hole is #5, a 348-yard, par 4, which has ninety-degree dogleg fairway that breaks to the left. In the crux of the break there is a large pine that golfers must be conscious of. The fairways are tree lined and restrictive. Accuracy is a premium.
