This course was built on predominantly flat terrain, but an occasional mound may cause an uneven lie. The fairways are wide and tree lined. Water hazards come into play on six holes, and sand bunkers are sprinkled throughout the course. The greens are fairly large, but all have a variety of shapes and undulations. The speed of the greens vary depending on the weather and maintenance. The signature hole is #7, a 185-yard, par 3, which has a maple tree in the middle of the fairway and water hazards on both sides. Ladies tee off from the same set as the men.
