This course is flat and easy to walk. The design features tree-lined fairways with hidden bunkers. The well-protected greens are large and tend to be slow. The first two holes run along the Ottawa River, which is one of several water hazards on the course. The signature hole is #15, a 153-yard, par 3, with a tee shot over water to the well bunkered very small green. The fairway doglegs and there is also a creek that runs in front of the green.
