The terrain on this course is flat and easy to walk. The fairways are medium width, and the small greens are fast. The signature hole is #7, a 153-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot over water to the green. Public play is limited to non-Bay County residents. There are separate handicaps listed on the scorecard for the championship tees.
