This course was built on flat terrain and features narrow, tree-lined fairways and undulating greens. The course is well maintained, plus there is a pond that comes into play on hole #6, a 396-yard, par 4. All the fairways are bordered by a thick cut of rough. There is an additional men's tee that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round. The scorecard doesn't show handicaps for individual holes.
