6 Tabby Links Lane Spring Island, SC 29910 p: 843.987.2013 This links-style course is the ultimate retreat for discriminating golfers. The design winds through marsh and live oak forests, and foxes and alligators are not uncommon hazards. The fairways are flat, and the large greens possess some undulation. There are also a couple of rivers that flow throughout this course, but they don't come into play. However, there are ponds that do come into play on two holes. "Golf Digest" rated this as the 10th "Best in State" course for 1995-96, and 11th best for 1997-98. "GOLFWEEK" chose the course 37th on its list of "America's 100 Best Modern Courses" for 1997, 45th for 1998 and 43rd for 1999. |
