This facility has two eighteen hole regulation courses. The Old Oaks Course is loaded with obstacles, including sand bunkers, wind and water. The finishing hole is a 437-yard, par 4, which plays into the wind from an elevated tee and is made even more difficult by the sand bunkers protecting its fairway and green. Hole #10, a 570-yard, par 5, features a severe, dogleg right fairway with several trees that can alter your shots. The Marsh Oaks Course opened in the spring of 1997. Each fairway is different, some are lined with trees, some are lined with water, some are wide open, and a couple are split. The greens also have good speed. The cart fee is included in the green fees shown for the Marsh Oaks Course.
