This executive nine hole course is known for being exceptionally well-maintained. The layout is very hilly and undulating. The fairways are well-kept and plush. The greens are of varying size, but several of them are sloped, making putting difficult. The signature hole is #3, a 200-yard, par 3, which features an elevated tee and plays through a valley with a pond at the bottom. The hole is lined with trees on both sides and the sloping green is elevated.
