This is a beautiful, mountain course just a few miles from the Virginia state line. The terrain is very hilly. The greens are small and the fairways are very wide. The course's signature hole is #2, a 483-yard, par 5, with a pond in front of the green. Water hazards come into play rarely, however, sand bunkers are spread throughout the entire course.
