The large greens are undulating and fast, and the rough is full of "Gunch" (heather-like tall reedy grass). "Golf Digest" rated hole #10 as the most difficult hole in the state. It is a 487-yard, par 4, requiring two extremely long shots into a prevailing wind to reach the green in regulation. In addition, "Golf Digest" rated this course as the 6th "Best Public Course" in the state for 1996. |
