This pleasant course utilized the natural rolling terrain in its design. The undulating greens are medium in size, and the fairways, with the exception of a couple of tree-lined holes, are open. The overall condition of the course is excellent. The fairways are well-watered, which has resulted in their rich green color. Three ponds come into play on three holes. The signature hole is #8, a 377-yard, par 4, which features a tee that is elevated seventy-five feet. A pair of mallard-shaped sand bunkers are situated in the middle of the fairway and the green is tucked into a grove of pine trees.
