This course was built on predominantly flat terrain. The fairways are standard sized with the exception of four, which are extremely narrow. Most of the layout is wide open, but there are three holes that are tree lined. Water hazards come into play on four holes, and sand bunkers come into play on three others. The greens have been described as very small, with most being flat and fast. The signature hole is #2, a 465-yard, par 5, featuring a lake sitting in front of the green. This leaves the golfer with a choice of laying it up on the second shot or going for the green in two.
