One Ledges Drive York, ME 03909 p: 207.351.3000 Website This course was built on the rocky terrain of southern Maine. This historic site, which rests on the Maine/New Hampshire border, was once the center of the largest navel fleet in the United States. The tree-lined fairways, which at first are deceiving, end up being forgiving and generally wide. The rough along the fairways is dense. There are significant elevation changes on the fairways, as well as the tee boxes and greens. The signature hole is #8, a 220-yard, par 3, featuring a tee box that sits on a rock ledge cliff and water hazards in front and to the left of the green. Four other holes also have water hazards in play. |
