5023 Harbor Hills Drive Freeland, WA 98249 p: 360.331.2363 There is a defined cut of rough bordering the fairways, and the large greens are undulating. The signature hole is #8, a 160-yard, par 3, with a 100-foot drop in elevation from tee to green and requiring a tee shot past three water hazards on the right side of the fairway. The locals say this is the prettiest course around, because it has scenic views of both the Olympic and Cascade Mountain Ranges, along with a beautiful view of Holmes Harbor. Friday is included in the weekend green fee rate. The 4,035-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 62.9 and slope 110. A special added feature is the nine hole, par 22, putting course, which features natural grass, sand bunkers, water features and out-of-bounds stakes. It provides you with a real test of the putting skills. |
