This course was built in the Black Hills, so expect many elevation changes and uneven lies. During this past year, the course became an eighteen hole regulation course. "Golf Digest" rated this course as the 7th "Best Public Course" in the state for 1996. There are plenty of pine trees lining the fairways, and the large greens are undulating. In addition, water hazards (ponds) come into play on four holes, placing an emphasis on shot accuracy.
