This relatively short course is rolling and has a creek that runs through the design. The fairways are medium width, while the greens are small, medium speed and undulating. Water comes into play on several holes. The signature hole is #3, a 357-yard, par 4, featuring a dogleg right fairway with the Sandusk Creek on the left and out-of-bounds on the right. This hole requires a well-positioned tee shot to set up a critical second shot over a pond to the two-tiered green.
