The Paul Takahashi-designed Predator opened to great acclaim in 2002. He designed this moorland-style course true to the Scottish courses that have inspired him. The undulating terrain provides challenge and beauty at Predator, featuring numerous knolls and hollows, bentgrass collection areas, bunkers that extend into fairways, and fescue grasses in the secondary rough.

The Darryl Huxham-design (of Cooke-Huxham) Talon can best be described as a course with a diverse parkland style and an undertone of a traditional heathland course that will offer golfers a unique and visually stunning arena in which to play and test their skills. The course flows and undulates throughout the property, providing an equal combination of tree-lined and open land form holes, all of which are accented by nine lakes, five wetland areas, expressive bunkering throughout, fescue-covered contours, colorful ornamental grasses and several elevated tee complexes. The Talon is a par 72 ranging from a challenging 7,100 yards down to an accommodating 5,200 yards from the forward tees. These dramatic features and the scenic setting all contribute to a captivating sensory experience.
