The course originally opened with nine holes. In 1922, an additional nine, designed by Bill Newis, was added in 1993. Granite Pointe is well-maintained and can best be described as a target course. The scenic signature hole is #16, a 302-yard, par 4, offering a spectacular view from the elevated tee box and enticing players to go for the green off the tee. Water comes into play on three of the eighteen holes. Junior discounts are available weekdays, excluding holidays. The 5706-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 76.0 and slope of 139; the 5138-yard ladies' tee also has a men's course rating of 66.1 and slope of 115. |
