This course is hilly with tree-lined fairways and bunkers protecting the greens. The greens are both small and large and, depending on the weather, can either be fast or slow. There are water hazards that come into play on several holes. Wildlife, such as geese, swan and deer, are frequently seen loitering around the course. The signature hole is #1, a 310-yard, par 4, which plays from an elevated tee to a tight fairway protected by a pond on one side and trees on the other. Bunkers are also located around the green.
