18-hole executive, pro shop, and restaurant. The only municipal golf course located outside of Denver, Evergreen Golf Course is 30 minutes away, located west of Evergreen's Mountain Village. Situated in an exhilarating setting in the Rocky Mountains, Evergreen Golf Course is carved through Ponderosa and Scotch pine forests along sloping terrain. Fantastic views of Evergreen Lake and the surrounding mountains are visible throughout the course. "Blind" approaches, like those in Scottish golf courses, provide stimulating challenges. When the club house opened in the spring of 1925, the course was acclaimed as the most sporty and picturesque anywhere in the country.
