The greens are medium to large in size with a medium amount of contouring, and the terrain is typically flat with some minor elevation changes. The signature hole is #3, a 174-yard, par 3, named "Oxford/Bellevue" like the Oxford/Bellevue Ferry crossing over the Tred Avon River. This particular hole plays over water from tee to green.
