This course is situated at an elevation of 1,400 feet on the Appalachian Mountains, resulting in fantastic views of the surrounding area. The course is known for being the most scenic in Eastern Canada. Lake Massawippi and Lake Memphremagog are visible from the course. The design consists of a mixture of flat and hilly terrain. Numerous mature trees are found on the back nine. The greens are small and flat, but several are two-tiered. Graham Cooke designed the back nine.
