This course was built on hilly terrain so there will be some uneven lies. The fairways are narrow with a few being tree lined. The front nine has a lot of sand, water and trees, while the back nine is more links-style. Water hazards come into play on eight different holes, and sand bunkers come into play throughout the design. The greens are fairly large with some of them being sloped. The overall speed of the greens is fairly slow.
