This course is known for being exceptionally well maintained and manicured. The fairways are wide open and lined with several mature trees. A river comes into play along the right-hand side of the fairways on three holes. There are several sand bunkers also sprinkled throughout the course. Since the course is exceptionally well-kept and clean, golf balls are rarely lost.
