This family-owned facility is located at the base of the Laurentian Mountains and features two eighteen hole regulation courses. There is a creek flowing through both courses that affects half of the holes on La Seigneurie and three holes on La Canton. Additionally, there are seven more holes on La Seigneurie and nine on La Canton with strategically-placed ponds. The terrain is quite hilly on both courses, creating many uneven lies. A tree-planting program was initiated when the courses were in their infancy. More than 50,000 trees were planted and they have now matured along the fairways. The undulating greens are large and can be quite tricky since the ball breaks away from the mountains. La Seigneurie has a lovely finishing hole. This 191-yard, par 3, offers a view of the mountains and the clubhouse from the tee box, and plays to a green that is protected by water on the left. La Canton's signature hole is at the opposite end, #1, a 344-yard, par 4, requiring two crossings of the creek, first from the tee shot onto a dogleg left fairway, and again on the approach shot to the green.
