This scenic course is located northwest of Quebec City, between Lake St Joseph and the Jacques Cartier River. The clubhouse sits on top of a hill and provides a view of the course and lake below. The first hole plays downhill to the lake and the final hole plays back up to the clubhouse. This layout is relatively hilly with wide fairways on the front nine and narrow ones on the back. All of the holes are secluded among surrounding trees, making it a safe, beautiful course. The greens are small to medium in size, rather flat and a few are tiered. The first hole is enhanced by beauty as well as challenge. At its summit, there is a wonderful view. The challenge lies in accurate ball placement on the ninety-degree dogleg left fairway. A creek flows through the course, affecting play on twelve of the eighteen holes. Twilight rates are available beginning at 4 PM during the summer months.
