The Chicago River cuts right through the center of the course, presenting quite an obstacle to surmount on many holes. The fairways are wide and tree lined, and sand bunkers protect many of the fairways and greens. Dick Nugent redesigned this course in the 1960's. Ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men. |
