1595 Centennial Olympic Parkway Conyers, GA 30013 p: 770.785.7904 Website This course is located in the Georgia International Horse Park, which played host to the equestrian and mountain-bike events during the 1996 Summer Olympics. The course intertwines with the natural terrain of the cross-country course, and features granite outcroppings, wetlands, steep inclines and woodlands. The fairways are tree lined, and the greens are fast and slightly undulating. Water hazards come into play on six holes. The signature hole is #3, a 196-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot past the sand bunkers lining both sides of the fairway before reaching the green. "Golf Digest" rated it as the 15th "Best in State" course for 1997-98. The senior rate is good for weekdays only. |
