This eighteen hole course features gracious fairways with few trees that come into play. There is ample room from tee to green, though it offers some challenges. A variety of tee box placements may greatly vary the characteristic of the holes. Dogleg fairways, both right and left, may be added with tee variations. The signature hole is #14, a 203-yard, par 3, which carries over a marsh area and wraps around a peninsula green. The greens are average-sized and slightly undulating. Future planned developments include a clubhouse and golf shop, grill and locker rooms, a beach club with swimming pools, volleyball courts, lounges, tennis courts, boat docking areas, and walking and biking trail. The back nine holes on this course are currently open for club-member play exclusively. The other men's tee also has a ladies' rating of 75.2 and slope of 132. The ladies' tee also has a men's rating of 71.6 and slope of 120. The other ladies' tee also has a men's course rating of 67.7 and slope of 116.
