This course has very narrow fairways that are bordered by a thick cut of rough. The greens are small and undulating. Its signature hole, #9, a 395-yard, par 4, has a dogleg left fairway, water bordering the left rough its entire length, and a severely sloped green. Water comes into play on five of the nine holes. The men’s tees have been rated for ladies' play as well. This course was designed as part of a housing subdivision. Many homes line the fairways.
