Broomfield's premier daily fee golf course, which opened in the summer of 1999. Golf course architect Rick Phelps of Evergreen, CO-based Richard M. Phelps, LTD, and designed Broadlands to appeal to golfers of all skill levels. This 117 acre, par-72 layout plays 7263 yards from the tips and 5350 yards from the forward tee boxes. The course features generous fairways (40 to 60 yards wide on most holes), lush turf conditions and numerous interesting water hazards.

Most all greens at the Broadlands are large. A pin placement sheet on every cart tells you in what sector of the green the holes are cut daily. This is important, because Phelps patterned the greens after the course's name. As stated above, the greens hold the better shots, but because they are so big, even if you're on the green it doesn't guarantee anything scorewise.
