Highway 965 at Freeland Road Saint Francisville, LA 70748 p: 225.634.5551 This extremely scenic course was built on the natural landscape. The terrain is hilly, so you can expect uneven lies and several elevation changes. The multi-tiered greens are large, so three-putting is common. There are water hazards (streams, lakes, creeks, and ponds) that come into play on sixteen holes. "GOLF Magazine" ranked it 34th among the "Top 100 Courses You Can Play in the U.S." It was also the only course in Louisiana ranked in "GOLFWEEK's" 1997 list of "America's Best 100 Modern Courses," where it placed 100th. The Bluffs On Thompson Creek is part of The Audubon Golf Trail. Overseeding is done on the tees only. |
