In the foothills of Yorba Linda, California (Orange County) golfers have discovered gold, Black Gold that is. This is more than just a play on words, it is the city of Yorba Linda's prized possession, Black Gold Golf Club.

Black Gold Golf Club, an Arthur Hills championship designed golf course, is Orange County's newest premiere golf facility. The club's name is a by-product of its location, built on the old Shell Oil Field in the foothills above Yorba Linda, California. The golf club is the focal point of the Vista Del Verde master planned community, which eventually will include 2000+ homes, two parks, and an elementary school.
