This wide-open course has tree-lined fairways and is easy to walk. There are six ponds, as well as a ravine and several small creeks, which run through the course and affect some holes. The signature hole is #8, a 401-yard, par 4, which plays downhill to a dogleg right fairway. The approach shot is a challenge because you must avoid a pond that lies in front of the green and a sand bunker that sits behind it.
